Life is like a box of chocolates...

You never know what you are going to get!

Life has taken an unexpected spin!

My last post I said we were taking a break from inseminations until further notice due to some financial strain that my IPs were suddenly put under from their tenants skipping town on them.

Well this past Saturday on April 14th, I found out!

My family is going to be welcoming a 3rd child sometime around Christmas 2012! What a shock!

I'm ashamed to say that I was not thrilled at first. I was physically sick. I felt like I was going to puke because I didn't know how H & M  were going to take this news, they will be heartbroken.

The next day I called H. She knew something was up, I don't call her often. I told her that I was pregnant, and she said Congratulations! She is happy for us!

Whew! Relief!

I kept asking if she was really ok, and she assured me that their family was fine. They are excited for us and looking forward to seeing my updates along the way.

Everything is going great :) I'm happy about our surprise!

WAIT! There is MORE!

The next day after I called H to tell her my news, she gets a phone call. It's about a birth mom who is due in July and she wants to meet H & M that morning to see if she wants them to adopt her baby. (Remember they went down this road twice before)

H & M go meet with this mom and she wants them to adopt her baby boy!

Can you believe it?

I still can't!

How amazing!! What perfect timing!

H & M are preparing for the arrival of their son in July, and I'm getting adjusted to the idea of having 3 children :)

It's a win-win!

God works in mysterious ways! I have just been reminded of that in these past 4 days!

Please keep my IPs and their family in your thoughts and prayers that everything will go how it is planned this time. They deserve that baby and I'm so happy for them!!

Thanks for following my journey, however it has been shorter than first thought ;)

  1. YAY YAY YAY!!!! I'm so happy for you AND the IP's!!! This is amazing news.
